Lemon Honey Fat Loss Tea

Ingredients

Water 250 ml

Lemon, 0.5 fruit (6 g)

Cayenne Pepper, 0.5 tsp (1 g)

Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp (2 g)

Apple cider vinegar (10 ml)

Honey 10 g

Grated Ginger 2 g


How to Prepare

  1. Add water, cayenne pepper, cinnamon , apple cider vinegar, grated ginger in a saucepan and boil them for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Now add lemon juice and sweetener , stir them well.

  3. Drink hot or warm empty stomach after drinking 1-2 glass of water.
